\nEVENTRIB is run and owned by Nicolai Walle Wennersten.\n<\/h2>
\nGrowing up on Jel\u00f8ya, outside Moss, took place by the fjord. For several generations, the family has been based at Tronvik. Traditions of sailing, fishing, and a passion for boats were inherited and made their own. The family has also had a strong connection to Gullholmen, just off Jel\u00f8ya.

You learned early to respect the fjord and the weather. The first RIB assignment was carried out to Gullholmen at a young age, and the spark was lit!

\nMore than just speed: Experience the hidden stories of Oslofjord at up to 50 knots\n<\/h2>
\nInterest in the fjord and the sea led on to sailing. Regatta sailing, cruising and adventures along the Norwegian coast as crew, skipper and instructor. All the experiences have provided extensive expertise with activities on the sea. Combined with mandatory safety courses and competence, this is the foundation for working on the fjord with RIBs.

A RIB is a fantastic starting point for activities on the fjord. The boat itself is a unique experience. It can carry 12 passengers on board and has a top speed of 50 knots! It is very powerful and also has excellent acceleration. Interest in the history of the Oslo Fjord is alive and well; every day you can learn new facts, local legends and tall tales. Our job is to convey this in an entertaining way along the way. A RIB is not just about speed and excitement, but about the excitement in the stories connected to the fjord. We have gathered countless events, written and unwritten stories, and can share these with our guests on board.\n<\/div>

\nThe RIB boat is called Black Beauty and is known as the Silkesvarten. For those of you who have seen the film, you will recognise the main character's life story with its various phases, the good and the challenging. You could say that Black Beauty is Nicolai's horse and now she is where she belongs, in her blue meadow in the Oslo Fjord. After the latest upgrades, she is now in the best condition since birth, in fact, better.

The boat is registered as a workboat and was purpose-built in Fagerstrand to be an \"event RIB\". She is one of four boats of the Ribtech 930 type. The hull is from Gozzi and the pontoons were specially made in England. Onboard there is a Volvo Penta D6-400 5.5 litre providing the power. The engine is very strong and is one of the most energy-efficient solutions available for this type of boat.\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
